Mark still has links with Glen Hoddle at his new football academy in Spain, where Mark has worked with all the players, providing them with a unique program for optimising performance through optimum nutrition.
In addition to his link with the sports world, Mark has also worked with the internationally renowned Andrew Kane for seven years at The Andrew Kane Centre in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, and more recently in Brighton where they create a link between wellbeing and spiritual empowerment.
A graduate from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition, Mark specialises in helping people to create a synergy between their nutritional input and their overall wellbeing.
Mark is also currently an adviser to both high profile personalities as well as Royalty but he also caters for the needs of polite society as well as the average lay-person because the formula is the same for all regardless of status, namely the link between nutrition, lifestyle and general well-being. Clients confidentiality is of the utmost importance to Mark.
Mark is currently designing a series of lectures targeting high profile business people and their staff, so that companies can incorporate healthy ideas and protocols into their stressful working environment. Thousands of man hours are lost each year due to the effects of stress and Mark is an advocate for the correct work-live balance that is enhanced by proper nutrition and exercise.
Exercise is a pre-requisite for good health but exercise without proper nutrition can affect our overall wellbeing.
Marks research and experience has deduced that the lack of proper nutritional program can severely affect a person’s ability to operate at their optimum level.
Mark also advised as a nutritional expert for series 5 of channel 4’s 10 years younger; Mark highlighted how diet, supplementation and lifestyle can slow down free radical damage at cellular level, and the impact it has on a person’s perceived age. He also touched on how nutritional deficit could affect the body’s natural ph levels and in-turn inhibits cellular growth and replenishment. Such deficit cannot only affect the health of our skin tone but it can also prevent the body from operating at a healthy level. Marks input into this programme was well received by all concerned.
